TYBE Rehearsal

Last night's rehearsal went very well. It was clear that the kids went home and worked on their music which was nice because I wasn't expecting that. The group is still getting used to playing with each other and it's only going to get harder next week when we get cornets and tenor horns. I have a lot of work to do to mold and shape these kids into what I want it to be and what it needs to be, but it will get there. As long as they keep working we will be fine. Next week I am going to really work them hard, they have no idea.

I finally have all but one piece passed out and I'll do that next week. Now all we have to do is show up and play. I can't tell you how excited I am about how it's going so far. I hope that we keep it up all year. Now TYBE kids.........GO PRACTICE!!!
